SeiGifts Return Policy

At SeiGifts, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at seigifts.com@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include the RA number and proof of purchase inside the package.

Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
